Delivery

  1. Once your order has arrived at our warehouses, our logistics company will contact you to arrange delivery. We must be able to deliver the furniture into your home within 6 weeks thereafter. If we are unable to do so due to your default, our logistics company will make a charge for storing the furniture beyond this point, which is payable in advance. They will advise you of this charge at the relevant time, or you may of course elect to receive delivery.
  2. We will endeavour to offer next week delivery of stock items depending on delivery address and the availability of our delivery company. Stock orders can also be made available for collection within 24hrs. For next week delivery or collection at our warehouse, orders must be placed before midday, and you should discuss with a member of staff at the point of purchase.
  3. Standard delivery is to the third-floor only (see Clause 5.4), includes assembly of the furniture and removal of packaging (which is taken away by our delivery team to be recycled). All deliveries are carried out by insured and qualified professionals. A two-to-three-hour delivery window is given as standard. Delivery charges will be confirmed depending on the location, floor and other relevant logistics arrangements needed.
  4. If you are unable, for whatever reason, to take delivery of your goods on the confirmed delivery date, we reserve the right to charge you further for any subsequent deliveries.
  5. You are responsible for providing a safe and reasonable means of access from the public highway to the place of delivery. If our delivery staff considers that access is unsafe, then we will not deliver the goods until safe access is provided. You are obliged to provide any required parking permits in advance.
  6. Deliveries are undertaken by a third-party carrier. Gregoir Lifestyle BV remains fully responsible for the smooth delivery and installation of your order. Any claims or disputes regarding the delivery and installation of your goods must be dealt with Gregoir Lifestyle BV at the time of delivery itself.
  7. Time of delivery is not of the essence in these Terms and Conditions of Trading. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss of profits or other financial loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable delay or delay due to unforeseen circumstances outside of the reasonable control of Gregoir Lifestyle BV or delay due to any reasonable rescheduling of delivery.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Items cannot be refunded or returned. Please refer to Clause 5.6 for any claims and disputes and our Warranty policy for more details.
